Dr. Tan Ee Chong
A graduate from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in the National University of Singapore in 2013, Dr. Tan Ee Chong is a General Practitioner who excels in the treatment of a wide range of primary care conditions.
Dr. Tan has experience in diagnosing and treating acute ear, nose, and throat conditions. His diverse repertoire covers the acute treatment of sports injuries, nutritional optimisations, and psychological wellness.
Dr. Tan believes in empowering patients through education and teamwork, employing a collaborative approach in his treatment with an emphasis on shared decision-making and personalised goal setting. This individualised care produces optimal outcomes in both health and wellness!

Dr. Penny Tan
Dr. Penny Tan graduated from the University of Leicester, UK with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). She holds a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and is registered with the Singapore Medical Council as a Family Physician.
Dr. Tan underwent training in various hospital departments including Cardiology, Neurology, Emergency Medicine, Palliative Medicine and Internal Medicine before embarking in a career in Family Medicine. She brings with her significant experience in managing Acute and Chronic Diseases in Primary Care, Woman’s Health as well as Preventive Healthcare to aid early diagnosis of Chronic illness.
Dr. Tan believes strongly in patient-centric care and in empowering patients to help them make informed choices about their health challenges. She is also fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese.

Physician Kong Teck Chuan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor in Medicine (Chinese Medicine) from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
Physician Kong is bilingual and registered under Singapore’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board and practices every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Physician Kong believes in empowering patients through personalised TCM tips, therapeutic food and healthy lifestyle sharing.

Physician Tan Ngee Wah holds a Bachelor in Chinese Medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. She is registered under the Singapore Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board.
Besides being a TCM practitioner, physician Tan also draws from her rich experience accumulated from an illustrious career in research and education to help provide patients with a holistic treatment plan aimed at the betterment of their lives and health.
Her knowledge in disease prevention and advocacy for a healthy lifestyle further improves the efficacy of her treatment methods. In addition, Physician Tan is conversant and fluent in many languages used here in Singapore, including English, Mandarin, Hokkien, and Cantonese.

Physician Peh is registered under the Singapore Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board and has experiences treating a diverse range of acute conditions/ailments ranging from pain management and gastrointestinal conditions to chronic illnesses such as stroke and dementia.
Besides being bilingual and approachable, Physician Peh draws on his firm belief in usage of TCM herbal medication and acupuncture to improve patients’ conditions, thereby providing relief, comfort and a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for patients from all walks of life.

Physician Kwek Le Yin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor in Medicine (Chinese Medicine) from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
Physician Kwek is bilingual and registered under Singapore’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board and practices every Monday and Wednesday at SBF Centre and every Saturday at i12 Katong.
Physician Kwek believes in a holistic approach to treatment and in establishing good physician-patient communication. Her area of interest lies in Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Internal Medicine. She has experience in using a variety of treatment methods including Chinese herbs, Acupuncture, Cupping and Paediatrics Tuina to treat acute and chronic conditions as well as menstrual and fertility conditions, paediatrics conditions, metabolism disorders and pain management.
