• Eu GOLD Rewards members must present their valid Eu GOLD eDM or SMS to display their member’s status at point of registration at clinic.
• Valid at all Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics and One Wellness Medical Clinics.
• Offer is not valid at Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centres and Eu Yan Sang TCM Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.
• Valid for in-clinic consultation only.
• Not applicable for Associate Physicians & Senior Physicians.
• Limited to one redemption per member.
